🌟 NEW BUSINESS OF THE YEAR 2024 🌟
Exactly two years ago I left my role as Assistant Principal at a secondary school and founded my own business Sowing Seeds Tuition.
Last night was a dream come true and I don’t think any of us were prepared to go on stage or deliver a speech!
We are so proud to be Bradford Means Business’s New Business of the Year for 2024! It’s been an incredible year of hard work and reward seeing the difference our team of 4+ tutors, coaches and counsellors have made working with so many children. We honestly love our job and being part of every child’s journey.
In 2023, we were finalists in the Bradford Business Awards and also finalists in Bradford Education Awards! This year has been even more incredible and I was delighted to be shortlisted for two awards: New Business of the Year and also for Social Mobility!
The recognition by winning the Bradford’s New Business of the Year Award really makes all the hard work, time and financial investment to create growth worth it!

In the new academic year, we look forward to opening our Alternative Provision for 30 x 8-16 year olds with SEMH needs affecting their relationship with education. We also start work with Adult Social Care to support post-16 adults 1-2-1 with bespoke Preparation for Adulthood life skills and vocational training!
