Evidencing.

All work completed by students, including reflective journals and workbooks, are part of the evidence of their own work and learning during all subjects. Journals, worksheets and other evidence are a way for staff to monitor any changes in the student’s awareness of self, self-esteem, ability to recognise achievement, positive and negative attitudes with the aim to make students more self-reflective and understand their own actions, achievements, ability to enjoy and socialise. This evidence is a record of a student’s progress and achievements across subject areas.

Learn Trek

Our Learn Trek software records and evidences a student’s progress in all subjects and activities by systematically tracking individual achievements, learning milestones, and areas for development. It allows all staff to input ongoing assessments, observations, and work samples, which are then mapped against curriculum objectives. The Learn Trek platform helps by providing visual progress indicators and generates comprehensive reports that reflect each student’s learning journey which is accessible daily. This ensures that progress is consistently monitored, clearly evidenced, and easily shared with students, parents, and educators or shared with their named setting to support informed teaching and learning decisions.

Century Tech

The web-based Century Tech platform also records and evidences a student’s progress in all subjects through its intelligent learning platform, which continuously tracks performance, engagement, and mastery of concepts. It uses artificial intelligence to adapt learning pathways and provides real-time data on each student’s strengths, gaps, and progress over time. This information is automatically updated and made available as a live document or record, which can be recorded in Learn Trek. By integrating all of the evidence through the use of summative and formative assessments and Learn Trek and Century Tech, this ensures that up-to-date, detailed evidence of student progress is easily available to educators, supporting responsive teaching and effective intervention.
